I had to deal with issues regarding shuttle service too. When I called for it earlier in the day, I received conflicting information about its hours, which left me scrambling to catch a taxi instead. It felt frustrating when my inquiries were met with vague responses. Despite these setbacks, the staff were friendly and seemed willing to help. Just some improvements needed to make the experience better.
